Glitch’s Cancer Battle Ends in Remission
During a routine health check, a small mass near Glitch’s ear led to a life-changing discovery. With early intervention and a full treatment plan, Glitch has now beaten the odds.
When Vet – Dr. Aisling Monagle noticed something during Glitch’s annual check-up—a small lump at the base of her right ear. Tests and a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis: large cell lymphoma, a fast-moving and aggressive cancer.
Further blood work and imaging helped the team understand how far the cancer had spread. In August 2024, Glitch began her chemotherapy treatment with Vet – Dr. Melani Kuhler at the Papamoa clinic.
With regular visits and close monitoring, Glitch completed her full chemo plan. Today, she’s in full remission—feeling fantastic and living life to the fullest. Her story shows how early detection and expert care can make all the difference.
